Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
If there is an issue with your order due to a production error, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace or correct the item at no cost when reported within this timeframe.
After 14 Days
Due to the custom nature of our products, issues reported after 14 days from delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund. In some cases, a one time courtesy replacement may be offered at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
Customer Provided Information
We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer, including but not limited to sizing, spelling, or design selections.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
